In this episode, I’ll cover some of my family’s Christmas baking traditions. I’ve also got some hints for you if you’re looking to discover or recover your own.

You can certainly shop Etsy or eBay for vintage cookbooks.

This is the website for the new Frisian baking book I’ve ordered. I bought it via Amazon.de, but you might have other resources.

I’ve also got a whole collection of Scandinavian baking books. I like the ScandiKitchen book series, especially the Christmas volume. Less pretty (no photos), but REALLY useful, is the Great Scandinavian Baking Book.

It’s pretty hard to offer links to websites that sell appropriate pans or ingredients, as this will vary based on the culture of the dish.
