Today’s episode is all about food choice, finding chinks in the centralized food system, and making your own choices.

Listen to “Ep. 34 – Food Freedom” on Spreaker.

The Rogue Food Conference

I’d also recommend searching for both Joel Salatin and John Moody – they have both been interviewed on lots of podcasts. Those interviews are well worth a listen.

It’s well worth your time to find out what the laws are in your state, if you’re interested in food freedom. Check your state’s regulations on the sale of raw milk, custom meat cutting, and cottage food laws. Visit localharvest.org to search for a nearby co-op. And, if you can’t find one, think about getting together with like-minded folks to start one!
